Every State Assembly Must Elect 3 Delegates and 3 Alternate Delegates for the National Event. Assemblies will be asked to choose the best, and most passionate speakers to represent them. They will be asked at the end of the event after watching others. They should not know about this vote until the end if possible. Delegates will need to be nominated and accept the nomination.
We will need to get certain people to physically attend the live event.
